Invitation to Tender for the Provisions of Childcare Services at Luttrellstown Community Centre
Luttrellstown Community Centre, a modern purpose facility was built and opened in early 2019 as part of the Fingal’s school’s model. Luttrellstown Community Centre offers a wide range of activities and facilities available for use to the local community and surrounding areas. To enhance the services that are currently provided at Luttrellstown Community Centre, we wish to establish the provision of a Childcare Service. To this end, we invite applications from interested parties, as outlined below: –
• Interested parties to submit their expression of interest in writing by email to info@luttrellstowncommunitycentre.ie
• Expressions of interest must be submitted by 5pm on Wednesday, 26th May 2021.
On receipt of an expression of interested, the interested parties will be contacted and the tender documentation will be provided for completion and subsequent submission as outlined below.
• Site visits to view the Childcare Room/Facility will take place from the 31st May – 4th June 2021.
The site visits must be booked in advance by contacting the Centre on 01-817 9896 or info@luttrellstowncommunitycentre.ie with a desired date and time. The date and time requested for a site visit should not be considered as confirmed until a reply has been received from the Centre Manager confirming same.
• Completed tender documentation together with a proposal for the provision of these services must be sent in by email, to the Centre Manager (at the address below) by 5pm on Friday 11th June 2021.
